On the way to Iran via Istambul; Isfahan city centre - The 26th and 27th of October 2018

Klara and I left Moscavide fairly early in the morning despite the fact that our Turkish Airlines flight  to Isfahan via Istambul was only around 11 in the morning. What followed till we reached Isfahan in the very early hours of the morning were the normal airport procedures at a stopover airport.

A slight misunderstanding with the brother of our host whom we had been in contact with for the last month led us to stay out in the cold at the Isfahani airport for an hour though that nuisance was soon forgotten the moment we reached what would become our bed-living room for the forthcoming week.

Our hosts were absent for the the forthcoming two days so we were left on our own in a huge house, which we later found out to have been made under the supervision of the architect son of our hosts.

We took our time before we were picked up by Hamid so that we could buy our local SIM cards before heading to the Imam square, the obvious place I wanted to show Klara on her first visit to Isfahan.

The weather was quite agreable which made our square strolling even more fascinating. We were tired though mesmerised by the beauty. We almost forced ourselves to stop at one of the Bazaar Cafés to have a quick lunch of kookoo, once we had a tight "touring schedule".
