Under the previously scheduled strict and very well organised guidance of Mr. Hiroshi, a senior guide I had been in touch on a daily basis prior to our arrival in Tokyo to prepare our guided tour, we headed towards the fish market the three of us were interested in seeing. We just walked around the numerous market streets and stalls looking at the exquisite and delicate filets, chunks, slices of raw fish and sea food, as well as spices, many of them unidentifiable for us. The magic of it all was the ambiance.
