On the way to the Bicaz gorges we briefly stopped at the Izvorul Muntelui lake and dam to take some photos, though it rained heavily. The rain was to continue all throughout the afternoon till we reached Bicaz to further continue photographing the landscape, which was really impressive and had we encountered different weather conditions it would have even had a stronger impact on us.
Upon reaching the hotel near the Rosu lake some of us risked adventuring into the forested area around despite the heavy rain that was pouring but Christian and I decided to admire the view from our hotel room veranda and calmly wait for dinner, which we were supposed to be served on a different building across the one where we were accommodated at.
We were apparently fortunate because the ones who ventured under the rain ended up not seeing much and the truth is that after a few hours of sitting on a bus a relaxing moment feels just the right thing to do.
