As we got to the Hotel we were unexpectedely lodged at (a four star rather than a two star one as initially anticipated) we came across a touching scene which involved the parting of a newly wedded bride and the subsequent farewell vows expressed to the various members of the family, in which her vivid emotion impressed us. Despite the tears (certainly of joy) there was an intense festive ambiance all around.
The hotel rooms were clearly prepared for family guests. Joelle and I had a one room appartment for ourselves with an equipped kitchen and a huge living room space, where we gathered in the evening to eat some strawberries Didier gave us following an exquisite and tasty dinner, to which baklava desert had been added upon our request.
