Things are being packed for the forthcoming trip to Calheta and though it may seem easy it does take some time to get the right things for the children, particularly now that I'll be "away" in hospital for at least a week and therefore not able to do much connected to this project but after the anticipated slow recovery.
Many of the girls's birthday presents have already been packed. Maria de Jesus, Jessica, Daniela, Ana Galina and Sonia's have been added to the other ones, and so have the last 3D constructions for the boys, not to forget the souvenirs for the mothers, aunts and grandmothers the children live with.
