We decided to spend the last day in Bonn, which we reached by train. Because of it being Sunday the streets were empty and the city almost "uninhabited". We strolled around following signs leading to the city's major attractions. We visited none, having opted to just take some photos and stay as much as we could outside confined spaces.
We got back to Cologne early in the afternoon and spent the last moments sitting in a park before we finally made our way to the airport.
It was a tiring three day trip to Germany but we did enjoy the change of atmosphere.
