Klara and I left fairly early in the morning, so as to board an aircraft bound to Isfahan with a three hour stop over at the new Istambul airport.
We were really excited because not only were we finally having a deserved holiday but more important than that we were going to go back to one of our favourite cities - Isfahan.
The stop over at Istambul led to an added anxiety-like feeling as we awaited to set foot in Iranian territory again. Once we went through the official arrival procedures and collected our luggage the Isfahani airport felt like paradise.
