After having had a small snack some more children came over to the Pension to collect their presents, whilst we were packing to head somewhere else in the village.
Little Edeson, who had already got his birthday presents got an extra "treat", a car offered by Celeste because she noticed how much he liked them last time.
His sisters Leiziny (left) and Veronica Conceição (right) got some extra presents as well, sent by their "godmothers" Adelaide and Marta.
The two sisters Marcia (left) and Evilise (right) were also entitled to birthday presents sent to them for the first time by their "godmothers" Dina and Rita respectively.
We then went back into the village this time on our way to Achada Pissarro, though we took along with us some presnts for the children we might meet on the way, which was the case of Valter, who got the birthday presents he had asked his "godmother" Telma for - a complete outfit of the football club.
Because some of Telma's colleagues participated in the acquisition of the outfit, he "voiced" his extended thanks to them, as we were filming his "discourse".
We stopped at Jussara's where we met her and Eveline. She got the doll she had asked her "godmother" Cristina Ferro for. Jussara's filmed discourse touched us all because of the way she conveyed her gratitude and the strong will to get to meet Cristina.
Little Eveline (left) who only got the photos from the last "Arts and Crafts" one-day workshop touched us also because of her "shy-like" message addressed to Dora.
We met Wilson (left) and Gerson (right) on the way. Similarly to the previous children Wilson only got some photos, while Gerson got his birthday presents sent to him right on time by Conceição, as his birthday would be the following day. He would actually be the only child to have a birthday party on the exact day of his birthday.
Then it was Ana Galina's turn. Having had her birthday presents before she got the photos that any other child got and an extra little "treat" sent to her by her "godmother" Maria João (a necklace in the shape of a heart) together with a letter.
Her mother was just getting home, so we had the chance of meeting her and talk to her for a while.
(To be continued)
