Apart from bronze standing statues of Buddha all cast in bronze and seen with their right hand in a posture of abayamudra we also came across nat worshiping figures related to Buddhism and several tazaungs topped with Pyatthat, which are intricately decorated Burmese roofs made of several receding layers, a gus (a brick spire) a whitewashed pagoda, the Utidaw Gu coloured frescoes all of which around the central stupa.
It was really worth visiting one of the most revered pagodas in Myanmar housing a massive sacred reliquary which ranges from a replica of the tooth of Kandy (which I visited) to the frontal and collar bones of the "Master".
