The sweetness of Southern India circuit (Day 6 afternoon cont.) - The Royal Palace Museum (cont.), Thanjavur - The 16th of February 2015

We continued our visit in the inner galleries of the Museum, where most statues were protected by glass windows, making photography difficult. I kept on trying to identify some of the traits of the deities, but it was soon noticeable that apart from the "obvious" ones I would not be able to identify the greatest majority, let alone their peculiar traits.

There was still an important visit to make, for which we were already late so we didn't even have time to wander about the Emporium handicraft shop within the Museum premises.
