Shun Li and the poet ... and It's a free world ...

I've just watched two films on immigration ... the meanders of what goes behind immigration itself and the psychological endurance many immigrants have (or don't have) and if it is true to say that they are both worth being watched and  both  have impressed me, it was particularly "Shun Li and the poet" the one that touched me most. According to critical reviews "An engaging and heart-warming study on an unlikely friendship" ... "a discreetly epic observation on solitude and circumstance"  ... " a lyrical moving saga of a fragile friendship and cultural alienation and prejudice" ... "a film that has a lovely melancholic spirit that clings to your skin".
